Hi,
We are hiring a Retail supervisor for our shop.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of retail or Fnb Experience
• Able to work on shift work (with night shifts)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
• At least 1 year experience in fruits or ice cream retail

Job Scope:

• Inventory management
• Staff roster scheduling
• Ordering of food supplies and raw materials
• Maintaining and acheiving the daily KPIs as set by the management
• Handle customer feedback objectively
