JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that staff are working on business tasks, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Report to Eatery Manager and Lead Supervisor in the day to day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure guest satisfaction including conflict resolution and problem solving skills to address customer issues effectively
• Ability to hire, train, motivate restaurant staff and ensuring high team productivity and morale
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment including taking corrective action in a timely manner
• Ability to successfully implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and overall sales
• Efficiently manage restaurant within guidelines and expectation set by management
