Description Position Overview The Restaurant Supervisor is a key leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team (Firestarters). This role is a stepping stone into salaried management, designed for high-performing individuals ready to grow their leadership career. You will lead by example, own the guest experience, and help drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments. What You’ll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience Lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at a high level Own and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and security Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards at all times Support labor, shift execution, and overall restaurant flow Partner with management to drive performance and team development What We’re Looking For Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills High emotional intelligence (self-awareness, empathy, team leadership) Passion for hospitality and developing others Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure Service-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership style Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum of 3 months restaurant experience (Smokey Bones preferred) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
