Job Purpose Supervisor, SSHE provides daily SSHE operations supervision, SSHE advice and support to well operations department and contractors such as SSHE MS implementation and compliance, relevant SSHE rules and regulations, etc. The jobholder is responsible to ensure effective implementation of SSHE plan including those of contractors.Key Accountabilities Supervise team and manage contractors’ SSHE performance to execute SSHE activities according to SSHE MS / contract requirements. Communicate and deploy SSHE campaigns / initiatives. Ensure that they are successfully implemented by all contractors Assist in conducting risk assessments, prioritizing mitigations and following up remedial actions. Be incident investigation facilitator. Coach / advise team to achieve quality CTA and root causes for future SSHE improvement. Provide expert opinions and advise Well services supervisor, Superintendent or Company site representative in resolving SSHE matters. Report daily SSHE activities / issues to Well Services Superintendent or Company site representative and division SSHE. Provide information as required on SSHE related regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance. Conduct routine SSHE audits and inspections as per SSHE audit plan. Follow up findings and recommendations from incident investigations, audits, inspections, etc. until completely closed out. Ensure that SSHE lessons learnt are recorded, analyzed and shared. Lead incident investigation (HPI, Level 1 and 2 incident cases). Follow up findings and recommendations until completely closed out. Provide relevant SSHE trainings, as well as train-the-trainers, to contractors. Professional Knowledge & Experiences Bachelor Degree in Engineering, SSHE, Sciences, Internationally recognized Diplomas in SSHE or equivalent 6-10 year of experience in managing health and safety in the O&G industry with at least 3-year experience as an SSHE supervisor, including development and implementation of management systems and training Experience in managing SSHE at Well services and P&A project, subcontractors and service providers is preferred Good command of written and spoken English Analytical and communication skill Additional Desirable Qualification CORE Competencies
