INTRODUCTION:

We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on supervisor to lead our stabilisation crews across regional North Queensland. you’ll be responsible for day to day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. About the role
you’ll supervise stabilisation projects across North QLD, coordinating crews, equipment and timelines. A mix of hands-on leadership and operational oversight, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.

Duties

  • Manage site operations and crew coordination
  • Oversee quality, safety and daily reporting
  • Liaise with clients and project engineers

Skills & Experience

  • Stabilisation or roadworks experience
  • Leadership of crews or civil teams
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • White card and HR licence (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and stay away
