Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with safety, cost, quality, productivity, and quantity specifications. This position also requires compliance with quality standards at all times. All employees are responsible for wearing all the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) necessary for the tasks they are performing and/or the location of the building in which they are located. Employees are required to perform any job, task, or duty assigned to them, whether or not it is directly related to their specific job title. EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE 2-year college certificate or equivalent 1 to 3 years of related work experience Knowledge of machine maintenance and operations Previous stamping experience preferred POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL AND MISCELLANEOUS FUNCTIONS Value Customer, Associates, Shareholders. Direct and coordinate production and processing of Stamping team. Be fair with subordinates. Strongly believe in team success. Review stamping inventory, plan production schedule and provide Production Control schedule for material order. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. Follows and support FIT Policy.
Responsibilities
