Indoguna Dubai is looking for a Supervisor– Supply Chain who will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain operations. The role involves managing procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, inventory, and forecasting while supporting business growth through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

  • Conduct risk assessments for supply contracts and agreements to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential risks.
  • Consolidate purchase volumes and manage product categories to improve quality, service efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and new product launches, ensuring target costs and timelines are met.
  • Manage demand planning, optimizing forecasts to align with production schedules and inventory requirements.
  • Handle exceptional situations related to stock allocation, promotions, and inventory management proactively.
  • Optimize production planning, logistics networks, and transportation to ensure cost efficiency, timeliness, and quality.
  • Participate in supplier audits and food safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of supply chain executives, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze supply chain data and reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail sectors.
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain management systems, ERP software, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
