Description

Swirl World is seeking an experienced supervisor. This position will directly report to the Store Manager, and assist in leading our small team and oversee daily operations. This leadership role requires someone with strong management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We will not consider candidates outside the region, or candidates that require LMIA or a Visa.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with cash handling and inventory management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience training staff
  • Previous supervisor experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous supervisor experience in retail or food service
  • Food service industry experience
  • Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
  • Post-secondary education in business or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Confident using a ladder
