POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing and motivating the front-of-house team, and supporting the restaurant manager in delivering a high-quality dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices
• Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Supervise the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and coaching as needed
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service
• Assist in maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels
• Prepare and submit shift reports and daily sales summaries to the Restaurant Manager
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Support in staff scheduling and attendance tracking
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the restaurant
