Description
Supervise and support Equipment Electrical Engineers, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and execution of assigned work. Provide day-to-day technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to support performance and skill development. Support onboarding, training, and development plans aligned with departmental and individual needs. Lead and review electrical designs, schematics, test plans, and equipment modifications within defined standards and procedures. Support hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, control, and test system issues affecting equipment performance, safety, or compliance. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of designs, tests, deviations, and corrective actions. Act as the primary supervisory interface for line technicians during equipment downtime events, ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and effective issue resolution. Coordinate and prioritize technician activities during unplanned downtime to minimize impact to production. Provide technical guidance and decision-making support to line technicians troubleshooting electrical, control, and test system issues. Ensure proper escalation of complex or recurring issues to the Associate Manager (M2) and relevant engineering or supplier resources. Support new and existing manufacturing equipment through installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities. Monitor equipment performance metrics and downtime trends, drive follow-up actions and corrective measures. Support preventive maintenance effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives. Interface with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Process Development and Engineering partners to resolve equipment-related issues. Support supplier interactions and on-site activities under guidance from the Associate Manager. Ensure daily activities comply with FDA/QSR requirements and internal Quality System procedures. Promote a strong culture of patient safety, product quality, and EHS compliance within the team. Ensure appropriate resources, training, and controls are in place to maintain compliance. Promote a work environment aligned with Quality, EHS, and Energy policies. English Level: 80% - 89% Work Experience: 3+ years Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Biomedical, Chemistry, Industrial'Electrical Industrial Maintenance.
