This position bridges the gap between mall management, floor operations, and retail partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience. Candidates with Mall Operations experience is a plus. (Work Location is Nad Al Sheba) Responsibilities 1. Floor Operations Oversee day-to-day activities across all F&B outlets and retail units within The Square. Ensure operational readiness of the venue, including cleanliness, ambiance, and safety compliance. Conduct daily walkthroughs and report any maintenance, security, or operational issues. Retail Coordination Act as the main point of contact between The Square and management for operational matters. Liaise with retail teams to coordinate activations, peak traffic schedules, and promotional campaigns. Support tenant onboarding, compliance checks, and handover/takeover processes. Stakeholder Management Maintain strong working relationships with F&B operators, retail tenants, operations, and internal teams. Address and resolve tenant or partner issues in a timely and professional manner. Communicate updates, policies, and operational changes effectively to all stakeholders. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements. Support incident response, emergency procedures, and regular safety inspections. Reporting & Administration Maintain daily logs of operations, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports on footfall, tenant feedback, incidents, and operational KPIs. Assist with scheduling, access permits, and facility requests as needed. Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within mall operations.
