As a Supervisor at Costa Coffee we’ll be looking to you to support the team and ensure our guests get what they want. We are looking for someone to join our team in a part time capacity with the option for extra hours depending on business needs.
Main Duties
To open the store - to prepare the store for the day ahead and to carry out any health and safety duties
To serve our delicious hot and cold hand crafted drinks to our customers. Delivering our high brand standards to ensure a great experience for our guests.
To do orders each day to make sure our customers can enjoy delicious hot and cold sandwiches, toasties and cakes.
To serve our customers on the tills in a fast and friendly manner - in our store café and over a headset in the drive thru lane.
To ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
To close the store - as a keyholder you’ll be responsible for closing the store at the end of the day. You will cash up, ensure all health and safety checks are completed and get the store ready for the next day.
Shifts will be on a rota basis and no more than 5 days out of 7 around our stores opening hours of 6am to 8pm Monday-Sunday.
