Job Summary:
We are a family owned and operated Tim Hortons Franchise with four locations in Huron and Perth Counties looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Our successful candidate(s) will lead and empower the team to establish a culture promoting exceptional collaboration, guest service and business growth. You will have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the restaurant owners and leadership team in running a successful business. One - three years of quick service restaurant experience is an important asset along with demonstrated skills mentoring and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Business certificate, training or experience an asset
• Friendly and outgoing
• Flexible schedule
• Previous management experience preferred
• Have a “Can Do” attitude and passion to succeed and accomplish goals.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
