Job Description We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead one of our Auckland teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll help run the day-to-day operations of the site, support your team, and make sure work is completed safely and on time. This role suits someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working in a practical environment, and is confident leading a team of around 10 - 12 people. You’ll help keep product moving, the machinery running, solve problems as they arise, and support your team to do their best work. Based in Wiri Auckland, Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Key Responsibilities include: Lead and support a team of 10–12 staff Keep the site running smoothly and safely Troubleshoot and help maintain machinery when issues arise Manage daily workloads and support staff training Make practical decisions to keep operations moving Work closely with the Branch Manager to improve productivity Qualifications You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and being hands-on. You may already be a supervisor or be ready to step up into your first leadership role. You’ll also bring: Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills Your physically fit with a hands-on approach to work Experience in a manufacturing, workshop, or industrial environment A positive, team-focused leadership style Clear communication and the ability to keep people on track An F endorsement (Forklift licence) willingness to obtain one Additional Information Why Join Timpack?
