Description

We are accepting resumes for a Team Lead Trainee, to oversee production in our veneer mill in Rutherglen, Ontario (35 km east of North Bay). This position includes supervising a team and overseeing daily production within a team-oriented environment. Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and initiative are required. The intent of this role is to build the bench strength of our management team. Once trained, the successful candidate will be expected to function as a Team Lead in all areas of production, as necessary.
