Job Description Role Summary: We’re looking for a Transportation Superviosr to join the team and support the transportation operations across multiple warehouses and stores by ensuring efficient delivery execution, returns handling, and coordination with internal teams and 3PL service providers. What’s On Your Plate? Coordinate daily deliveries from multiple warehouses to stores, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch Support route planning, trip scheduling, and load allocation in coordination with the Transportation Supervisor Monitor delivery execution and track shipments to ensure on-time performance Act as the main point of contact for 3PL service providers for daily operations and issue resolution Communicate with 3PL partners regarding delays, vehicle availability, and operational challenges Coordinate and monitor store returns to warehouses, ensuring proper documentation and closure Handle delivery exceptions such as delays, damages, shortages, and vehicle breakdowns Maintain accurate transportation records including trip sheets, PODs, and delivery documentation Track and report transportation KPIs such as on-time delivery, delays, and service levels Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure smooth flow of goods Support day-to-day operational communication between night shift and day shift activities Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation efficiency Perform any additional operational or administrative tasks assigned by the Transportation Supervisor Qualifications What Did We Order? At least 2–4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution operations Experience working with 3PL providers is highly preferred Good understanding of transportation operations, routing, and dispatch processes Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily deliveries and returns between warehouses and stores while managing 3PL service providers. Monitor transportation KPIs and ensure operational compliance and efficiency across shifts.
