Responsible for coordinating, monitoring all trucking operation services to ensure timely and safe delivery in the most efficient way. Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled and satisfaction levels are met in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. It is expected to drive the growth and expansion of our Land Transport services which include domestics trucking, cross-border, rail and barge. Strong stakeholder management across operation, sales, procurement, and customer services.
