• Boasts a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Off-the-Road (OTR) tire industry, indicating a solid understanding of OTR tire operations.
• Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
• Exhibits excellent knowledge of various OTR tire types, sizes, and applications, including tire selection and performance optimization.
• Displays proficiency in using tire repair equipment and tools, including tire inflation, mounting, and balancing.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are advantageous, enhancing communication capabilities.
