Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety measures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment.

What is expected of you:

  • Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
  • Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
