Gladstone, Curtis Island Join a Tier 1 Company Full Time position We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor with hands-on experience in sheet metal, insulation/lagging, painting/blasting, and scaffolding to join our team in the LNG sector. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary support services and ensuring operational excellence across teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage subcontractor engagement, performance, and delivery. Coordinate and oversee support disciplines including scaffolding, insulation, and painting. Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies to ensure workforce readiness. Maintain strict compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards and procedures. Provide technical guidance and supervision in sheet metal, painting/blasting, or scaffolding disciplines. Qualifications & Experience: Proven supervisory experience in the LNG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors. Trade background in sheet metal, painting/blasting, or scaffolding. Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
