About the role: UGL are seeking an experienced Scaffolder Supervisor to join our team on an ongoing basis working Pinjarra. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of Scaffolders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all scaffolding activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines. Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation. About you: Proven experience in a supervisory position Strong preservation processes, and material care standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
