This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll: * Lead day-to-day field operations across construction, maintenance and fault response work * Plan and schedule work programmes to optimise resources and meet delivery targets * Provide technical leadership, including HV/LV live work practices * Monitor site performance, quality, productivity and commercial outcomes * Identify risks, manage variations and ensure compliance with industry standards * Build strong relationships with Vector and other key stakeholders You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering critical infrastructure while developing your team and driving performance on site. Nga pūkenga matua | About You You’re an experienced and credible leader with a strong technical background in electricity distribution and a passion for safe, high-quality delivery. Confident to lead crews and supervise field operations, you will be well equipped to mentor, and develop crews to support upcoming industry growth.
