REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar production line, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment
• Able to endure long time standing
• Team player with a positive work attitudeThis is a 6 days work week job

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the factory floor and production lines
• Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure machines are running smoothly, promptly addressing and resolving any issues
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules
• Coordinate manpower allocation and shift planning based on production demands
• Liaise with inventory, spare parts, and supply teams to ensure materials and components are available to support continuous production
• Maintain production records, logs, and reports accurately and timely
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize rejects/waste
• Supervise, train, and motivate operators, ensuring they are capable of performing assigned tasks effectively
