Summary Participate in the supervision of all employees on their manufacturing line to ensure their health and welfare. Maximum attention must be focused on all details of operation and safety guidelines. Assist staff with machine maintenance and operation. Participate in monitoring material to ensure product corresponds to the agreed customer requirements and material meets Quality Control requirements. Key Responsibilities Read construction sheet and customer requirement sheet fully in order to meet the customer requirements. Continually review supplies and report to your Supervisor any shortages. Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required. Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein. Qualifications GED/High School Diploma or previous manufacturing experience Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Must possess basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continuous basis.
