The Tower is seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of frontline staff.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of frontline staff, including bar staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses
* Ensure high levels of customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservations, and table management
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in the front of house area
* Monitor and control labor costs, supplies, and inventory
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
* Provide training and coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and customer service
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications:
* Hospitality management qualification or equivalent
* Experience with staff management, training, and development
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
