Description Department: Cost Control & Logistics Reports to: Regional Supervisor, Warehouses Location: Fort Pierce, FL Warehouse *This role reports into a local warehouse but can require occasional travel with overnight stays. We are seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to lead daily operations in a corporate warehouse. The Supervisor, Warehouse will ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory management, timely dispatch and receipt of material. This role will partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, Construction, Installation & Repair, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinating the receipt, storage, transfer, and distribution of materials to support field operations Monitor warehouse performance metrics such as space utilization, turnaround time, and labor utilization to create operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal controls, and company policies Transports material as needed, using company vehicle and/or box truck. Some deliveries will require overnight stay dependent upon length of travel. Inventory Management & Controls Conduct audits, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence Ensure accurate inventory control, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing stock levels Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions People Leadership Recruit, develop, and lead warehouse supervisors, and support staff Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities Conduct performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and termination decisions when warranted Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and safety-focused culture Requirements Required Qualifications Proven leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to work effectively under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions Willingness and ability to travel as needed Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Sitetracker, or similar platforms Telecommunications or utility industry experience Benefits: Clearwave Fiber appreciates the role our associates play to help the company grow, and in return an excellent benefits package is offered to our associates to recognize the importance of their contributions such as: Lucrative bonus plan Medical, dental, and vision plans - start when you start!
