Summary
We are looking for a “Supervisor Warehouse (f/m/d)” for the “Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection” department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection department is responsible for incoming goods, on-time picking of production and customer orders and outgoing goods.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for achieving daily targets including personnel management
• Optimization and development of warehouse processes and workflows
• Responsibility for the professional management of employees
• Planning and coordinating the induction and development plans for team members
• Monitoring compliance with operational and legal regulations
• Planning and controlling warehouse key figures
• Creating reports and analyses for management
• Responsibility for personnel and vacation planning

Your Profile

• Completed training in the logistics environment, ideally further training as a logistics foreman or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Experience in operational work and warehouse processes
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• High customer orientation
• Independent and systematic way of working and a high degree of initiative
• Confident handling of MS Office products and SAP MM / PP / WM / EWM
• Very good knowledge of German and English
