Job Description Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/client in right quantity and specification. Visit the market twice a week to ensure SOP’s and take direct customer feedback Being thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with satisfactory customer service. To verify daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to it. Ensure required productivity of delivery vans. To handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues. Promote the product and sales of own brand. Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions. Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude. Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity. Review and approve all the operational activities of team members that include pickers, loaders and delivery boy. Ensure that each member is adhering to the policies and procedures announced by the management. Qualifications Bachelors or Intermediate with 4-6 years of experience
Responsibilities
The supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse delivery operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of customer service. They also oversee team performance, conduct market visits, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
