You’ll be responsible for managing content creation, ensuring design consistency, engaging with stakeholders, and upholding our brand standards. In this role, you’ll lead a small team and collaborate with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver a website that truly represents Orica’s excellence.What you will be doing   Manage and track content development, migration, and project reporting. Oversee stakeholder and content contributors, ensuring timely delivery. Upload, format, and publish content using spreadsheets and CMS tools (e.g., SiteCore XM Cloud) Create and maintain pages and forms, optimizing visuals and interactivity for accessibility and user experience. Apply SEO best practices and manage metadata to improve visibility and discoverability. Lead and support a team of two content coordinators. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all content. What you will bring   3-5 years’ experience in external/corporate communications, corporate affairs, or a related field. Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Solid technical knowledge of content management systems. Advanced copywriting and content creation abilities. Basic creative design skills (e.g., Canva Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. Preferred but not required: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and experience working in a listed entity or large private company.
