ABOUT THE STORE TEAM LEADER ROLE

The Store Team Leader will report to the Store Manager acting as a highly visible brand ambassador. As a team leader you will embody our brand values and engage with customers in a way that ensures they get what makes us different – warmth, humour and an obsession with food and drink.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hospitality - Lead the coffee and bakery service to provide a warm and attentive hospitality experience
• Leadership - Our brand and concept is both friendly and focussed on luxury so you need to get the balance right by leading team members to enjoy their work whilst getting their tasks done effectively and quickly
• Coaching - Provide team members with on the job coaching and product knowledge development
• Control - Uphold delivery procedures, consistent merchandising standards and stock check accuracy
• High standards - Ensure cleanliness and food safety
