We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and/or back-of-house (BOH) operations in our F&B establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B (restaurant, café, or hotel setting).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in F&B, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
