* Oversee the daily deployment, routing, and scheduling of the Home Delivery fleet to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize turnaround times. * Monitor fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and overall vehicle uptime. * Manage operational budgets and track expenses (in AED) related to fleet maintenance, fuel, and third-party logistics. * Supervise the loading, dispatch, and real-time tracking of home delivery teams, ensuring adherence to delivery windows and service level agreements (SLAs). * Coordinate closely with warehouse management and inventory control teams to prevent stock discrepancies and delivery delays. * Implement and enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product handling, transit safety, and on-site furniture assembly. * Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of delivery drivers, helpers, and assembly technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. * Conduct regular performance reviews and address training gaps, particularly regarding customer service etiquette and safe handling of fragile goods. * Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, delayed shipments, or customer complaints regarding damaged goods or assembly quality. * Analyze customer feedback data to identify recurring operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
