Join Seymour Whyte for the Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N) Upgrade Project, a major civil infrastructure project being delivered as a joint venture with John Holland and focused on enhancing the rail transport network between Beerburrum and Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. The project is due for completion in 2027.

• Working with Engineers to develop effective construction programs. Ability to develop a short-term section/ trade program, including resource allocation.
• Conducting effective team and subcontractor meetings (such as pre-starts, toolbox talks, zone, construction planning, etc). Maintains effective ‘white board’ or similar for upcoming works.
• Managing workforce, plant and subcontractors.
• Taking ownership of the productive management of works under your direct control and reporting regularly to the Superintendent.
• Supervising subcontract packages and ensuring compliance with defined scope
