QUALIFICATIONS

-EXPERIENCE FORMULATING BUDGETS AND ESTIMATING SUPPORT PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES.

  • Experience tracking budgets, funding, and execution of budgets.
  • Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests from multiple departments.
  • Experience implementing internal controls and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support an organization’s programs and activities.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in Region Budget Execution, Budget Execution Division, Financial Management, Comptroller at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific (NCTAMS PAC).
  • You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration which may include development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices.
  • You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations.
  • You will implement internal controls and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organizations’ programs and activities.
  • You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting and other financial management duties and responsibilities depending on the needs of the organization.
  • You will use systems such as Standard Accounting and Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Command Financial Management System and SABRS Management Analytical Retrieval Tools and other various systems as applicable.
