(Saudi National Only) Working hours: full time Grade: 7 Location: Riyadh Advert closing: 03/12/2025 Responsibilities · 150%25 Supervises subordinate personnel in accomplishing item management functions · 30%25 Assigns work with general instructions on how the work is to be performed, coordinates the Unit's work, initiates personnel actions, develops and implements training. · 15%25 Previews policy and advises higher authority of impacts, problems, and inconsistencies, recommends policies and operating procedures 5%25 Performs other duties as assigned · The RSNF may designate this billet as a training billet. The incumbent will be required to impart his knowledge of duties and responsibilities in such a manner as to permit assimilation by the RSNF trainee. · The incumbent will be expected to: · Update Spares MILSTRIP Requisitions. · Validate and approve NRF/BER/SCRAP Certificates. · Validate and approve Spares Amendment/Canceiation Request Forms. · Validate supply data amendment form AYI. · Resolve problems with differential reports. · Monthly presence in Jubail for meetings ( ROD — HSWG — PDSWG etc) · Participate in closing requests of Ml-U For all hunter ships. Participate in the IKIP meetings. Job Requirements: · Bachelors Degree and/or completion of advanced military supply management formal education is desirable. · Minimum of 5 years in military, industrial, or commercial supply management experience in the fields of inventory control or inventory management, which must include operating with an automated supply management information system. · The individual recruited into this position must have a good working knowledge of automated supply systems such as Compass or IFS or similar system types. The capability to undertake this role is currently available within BAE SYSTEMS.
