As a Supervisory Management Support Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, quality assurance, and risk-controlled measures within Global Supervision. You will foster strong relationships with the Supervisory Managers, identifying and implementing process improvements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your contributions will enhance and ensure efficient operations, partnering with field Supervisory Managers, and driving process improvements across the business. Job responsibilities: Perform delegated Supervision administrative tasks. Oversee adherence to Supervision policies and procedures, quality standards and audit readiness programs. Manage and/or drive change within the team through effective communication and adaptability. Provide regular updates to management on team progress, key achievements, and operational metrics. Identify and report areas for process improvements, gaps, or outages. Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures; own evergreen documentation within relevant platforms. Build strong partnerships across business units, lines of business, and support functions. Create and foster a culture of risk and control, acting with urgency and responsibility. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Minimum of 5 years of related experience in financial services, securities, or investment industry. Strong compliance record and commitment to upholding a sound risk and controls environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; experience identifying and creating process efficiencies. Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences at various organizational levels. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a broad range of individuals. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; extremely organized and adaptive to change. Demonstrated ability to network, partner, and influence leaders to drive business forward. Proficiency with JP Morgan Systems, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
