As a Supervisory Research Chemist you will: Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities over staff. Ensure reasonable equity among units of performance standards developed, modified and interpreted and rating techniques developed by subordinate team leaders. Appraise performance of subordinate team leaders and other employees directly supervised and serve as reviewing official on evaluation of non-supervisory employees rated by subordinate team leaders. Serve as a leader in the development and application of cutting-edge tools, methods and programs to improve the detection of exposure to selected environmental chemicals in people and the relationship to exposure to adverse health effects.
Education
