Responsibilities: Provide surgical assessment and treatment for patients requiring general surgery services. Qualifications: Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Completion of general surgery residency. Medical License and DEA for the applicable state. Membership on LPH Medical Staff. Board Certified or board eligible in general surgery.
