As a Supplements Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting health and wellness within our community while growing your career with a dedicated and passionate team. This role is essential to ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency within our supplement store. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding patient service, manage product distribution while reflecting the highest professional standards of THWC. Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls; return voicemails in a timely manner Process supplement orders received by phone and online Restock shipping supplies and support order fulfillment Receive, unpack, and organize inventory; update stock levels in systems Monitor inventory and suggest workflow improvements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front retail area Support enhancements to supplement processes and patient experience Follow safety and confidentiality standards Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Team orientation High level of professionalism and integrity. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of customer/patient services experience Basic knowledge of inventory control practices.
