As a Supplier and Purchase Order Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Sourcing organization within Arabelle Solutions Project Organisation. You will manage Purchase Orders to ensure the on‑time delivery of contracted deliverables: services (engineering and quality documentation) and equipment (materials, components, and systems). You will play a central role in ensuring contractual conformance of the deliveries, both services (engineering input data and documentation). This position offers the opportunity to work on major nuclear (conventional island) projects across the world. Location: Seoul or Gunsan-si (minimum 60% spent at supplier site) This position requires regular on-site presence at the supplier in Gunsan-si (minimum 60% of the time). Main Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact with suppliers during PO execution. Coordinate within allocated Purchase Order(s), individuals in the domains of Engineering, Procurement and Quality, assisted as necessary by the other function leaders or representatives within the project (Project Managers, Project Engineering Manager, Project Procurement & Logistic Manager, Project Contract Manager) Coordinate Package Team activities to rightly set the priorities, present Package status, define strategy and action plans and execute to achieve the final result. Arbitrate between stakeholders and take the decisions when necessary. Document on-time delivery and approval: Collaboratively works and coordinates with engineering & quality discipline ver. supplier to ensure all contractual engineering and quality deliverables are submitted on time. Monitor documents submittal and approval status with Engineering and Quality function for timely release of Project milestones e.g. Qualification, Manufacturing, Delivery. Act in the way to strengthen Arabelle Solutions’ positions vs suppliers, according to Purchase Order conditions, using contractual and commercial leverages as necessary. Lead progress meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on actions and blocking points. Follow the Contractor's schedule (all activities), monitor and discuss the progress with supplier and Arabelle Solutions internal stakeholders. If necessary, support supplier with preparation of the schedule including Arabelle Solutions instructions to include specific gates, milestones, etc. In case of a delay is identified, manage the mitigation plans (notification for delay, discuss solutions agree on actions) to come back to the contractual agreed schedule using all available contractual and commercial leverages. Perform regular supplier site visits to review progress and resolve issues. Support preparation of claims/counter‑claims and lead Change Order negotiations when needed. Support Package Team members in supplier‑related issues. Performance Measurement: On-time complete delivery of specified material as per PO. On-time completeness of intermediate milestones (documentations, release for manufacturing, issue resolution) Accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Management. Minimum 10 years in Procurement, Project Management, Contract Management, or Quality/Engineering in industrial projects. Understanding of the technical aspects of the products supplied for Nuclear Conventional Island (mechanical systems, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, piping, etc.). Knowledge of Quality/Engineering processes and basic commercial/legal understanding. Knowledge on planning and scheduling associated with the production of thermal power plant equipment. Fluent English. Nuclear project experience is an advantage. Skills: Proactive team player with strong communication and influencing skills. Problem‑solving mindset and strong organizational skills. Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from project managers to higher level management.
