Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Supplier Chase and Recruitment Co-ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Supply Team at Speed Medical for a driven and organised individual to join us as a Supplier Chase and Recruitment Co-ordinator.
In this role, you will play a vital part in both recruiting new suppliers and managing ongoing supplier engagement to ensure compliance, performance, and service delivery standards are consistently met. You will take ownership of supplier onboarding, maintain strong working relationships, and proactively follow up with providers to ensure requirements, documentation, and service commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, recruit, and onboard new suppliers into our panel.
  • Chase and engage existing suppliers to ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date.
  • Review gaps in supplier coverage and undertake targeted recruitment to strengthen the network.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring service levels and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Carry out fee negotiation and support cost management activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records within the database.
  • Ensure all suppliers meet compliance requirements, including relevant qualifications, licenses, and contractual obligations.
  • Support achievement of departmental and organisational targets by monitoring supplier performance and addressing any shortfalls.
