Description About the Role TurboChef is seeking a Supplier Coordinator to ensure the timely and efficient flow of materials that support our production operations. This role is responsible for analyzing MRP and demand, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or production delays. The Supplier Coordinator will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams, including purchasing, logistics, and accounting—to monitor vendor performance, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain reliability. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations, reducing excess inventory, and supporting TurboChef’s commitment to operational excellence and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyze MRP/LeanDNA demand and replenish stocks timely Place Purchase Orders (POs) on time to suppliers Get confirmation dates or estimated time of arrivals (ETA) for all POs Ensure the correct receipt in GP Execute PO revisions per MRP exception messages (PO move ins/outs) to avoid impacts to production Ensure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner through direct resolution or escalation to manager to support Collaborate with Accounts Payable to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or questions in a timely manner Requirements Over 1 year experience working with Purchasing, Planning, Customer Service, Shipping / Receiving, Inventory control or Production areas Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Quick Learner Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer functions. Knowledge of MRP / Great Plains (GP) (preferably) Proactive Teamwork Willingness to be trained Ability to work under pressure Good written and verbal communication skills
