Job Description Summary In this role you will support Avio Aero Sourcing Strategy in monitoring and identify potential risks for Business coming from supplier base. The Purchaser supplier base is located majorly in Europe, USA, China and India. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with the commodities to define the scheduling of the risk assessments to be carried out Create your own assessment schedule according to the availability of the suppliers Prepare the assessment through the verification of expected volumes and development strategies Carry out the assessment through the available methodologies with an in-person visit at the supplier To share a detailed report and a summary scoring that highlight the supplier's risk status Produce a de-risking action plan shared with the supplier and follow its implementation Present the results to the commodity and leadership, becoming an active part of development strategies Actively collaborate in activities to improve the verification method Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree with previous experience in Sourcing Demonstrated ability to manage one's own workload independently Demonstrated ability to document, plan, execute and follow up programs Availability to travel for 35 weeks/year Italian and English fluent Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change Strong oral and written communication skills with executive level presentation ability Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated effective interpersonal, networking, collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills What we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
