We are now recruiting for a Supplier Led Amendment Consultant to join our Air Operations Team at our bright, modern office in Leyland.
In this role you will be responsible for contacting customers to advise of any airline changes to their reservations. This could be airline schedule changes, air fare/tax changes, changes to ticketing deadlines, baggage allowances or in-flight meals. You will be updating these changes re-issuing documents and making any amendments to the customer’s itinerary as a knock-on effect of the change.
Hours: 37.5hours per week 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

Responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering a quality service
  • IT literate
  • Travel industry/GDS experience – desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
