SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Join easyJet’s fast-paced procurement operations team as a Supplier Management Specialist. In this key role, you will support the development and management of our comprehensive Supplier Management programme, with a focus on Third Party Risk Management. You’ll ensure that risks such as Modern Slavery, Anti-Bribery, Corruption, Sustainability, and Sanctions are effectively mitigated through a proportionate and compliant framework.
You’ll collaborate with teams from Procurement, Compliance, Legal, and Sustainability, helping to build and maintain a third party risk programme with clear visibility across the business, including the Airline Management Board and Audit Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to drive improvements and accountability across our supplier management practices.
Requirements of the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in supplier management best practices and managing supplier platforms.
  • A good understanding of compliance, and supplier governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • CIPS certification or working towards it is a plus.
    You’ll also need to demonstrate a positive attitude and be comfortable managing ambiguity. Your ability to build professional relationships and drive accountability across the organisation will be key to your success.
