THE OPPORTUNITY

AJW Group is expanding its Procurement Team in Sofia, and we’re looking for a Supplier Manager to join us.
In this role, you’ll manage a group of suppliers and their spend, working closely with the Head of Supplier Management. You’ll be responsible for supplier performance, contract management, and achieving savings targets.

The role includes:

  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contract compliance
  • Managing volume rebates and resolving supplier issues
  • Leading supplier visits and performance reviews
  • Improving cost, risk, delivery, and contract quality
  • Overseeing assigned suppliers and spend categories
  • Supporting annual cost-saving targets
  • Developing market knowledge in key supplier areas
  • Working with sourcing teams on new and renewed contracts
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs
  • Managing penalties and remedies where required
  • Applying strong negotiation and risk management techniques
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Conducting cost and performance analysis
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks as needed by leadership
