YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Supplier Management or consulting, ideally within e-commerce and fashion sectors.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Analytical thinking with a structured, result-oriented approach to work.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, database management, and business intelligence systems is required. Experience in working with SAP is a plus.
• A team player with high initiative, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Ensure smooth procurement processes and efficient collaboration with our suppliers.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a supplier evaluation system. Proactively initiate improvements to enhance supplier performance and relationships.
• Monitor and manage the contractual framework of our supplier collaboration.
• Work closely with the Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Tech departments to optimize supply chain processes.
• Monitor, and report on KPIs to measure supplier performance continuously.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and proactively define measures to address them.
• Handle internal requests and support in resolving challenges within the supply chain.Support projects aimed at digitizing and automating supply operations processes.
