Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The US MSP Procurement team is a dynamic group that drives the design, execution and continuous refinement of our managed services supply chains across the United States.
As a Supplier Manager within our growing US MSP Framework, you will spearhead the implementation, management and ongoing optimization of supplier partnerships that underpin our client-facing services.
You’ll craft and execute supplier strategies, lead contract negotiations, monitor compliance metrics, and champion continuous improvement in both performance and procurement workflows. Working hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you’ll ensure peak efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service excellence, all while upholding rigorous U.S. industry regulations. Reporting initially to the Senior Procurement Manager in the UK, you’ll have the opportunity to shape evolving reporting structures as our US MSP remit matures.
We are looking to hire a Supplier Manager to support our operation.
Remote (Within the states of OH, FL, TX, GA).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Supply Chain Sourcing & Implementation – Proactively identify, evaluate and onboard best-fit suppliers; design and deploy a resilient, scalable supply chain that meets our MSP clients’ evolving needs.
  • Ongoing Supplier & Contract Management – Lead negotiations, draft and finalize agreements, establish clear SLAs, develop performance scorecards and drive continual supplier performance reviews and enhancements.
  • Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation – Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and risks; implement contingency plans, standardize workflows and champion lean principles to boost operational agility.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence – Ensure all suppliers adhere to U.S. regulatory requirements—OSHA, FCPA, ITAR and any industry-specific mandates—through audits, training and regular compliance checks.
  • Cost Optimization & Procurement Strategy – Uncover cost-saving opportunities, negotiate volume and term discounts, and balance spend management with service quality to build a sustainable, cost‐effective procurement roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Forge strong partnerships with internal account teams, clients, procurement leadership and finance to align on priorities, streamline supplier onboarding and resolve any escalations swiftly.
  • Technology & Innovation – Leverage our MSP platforms, automation tools and AI-driven analytics to enhance visibility, drive data-backed decisions and continuously improve supplier management efficiency.
