In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data across all relevant tools. Your diligent work will help minimize financial risks and improve the efficiency of procurement and invoice processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You are responsible for creating and updating supplier master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details. You support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data. You assist with various initiatives of supplier management to enhance our procurement landscape. YOUR SKILLS MATTER You are detail-oriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style. You are self-organized and demonstrate strong responsibility in your tasks. You have a general understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes. You bring efficiency to the operative processing of incoming tickets. You have strong MS Office skills. You are proficient in written English for professional email communication. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
