Your job The Supplier Operations Specialist manages the day-to-day supplier settlement and reconciliation workflow for Get-e's ground transport network. The role sits within the Manila Operations hub and mirrors the supplier-facing operations currently run from the Netherlands. Key output: accurate, timely supplier payment and zero unresolved discrepancies beyond defined SLA. Key Responsibilities Process and verify supplier invoices from receipt to payment Conduct supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage supplier communications via shared mailbox (triage, response, escalation) Coordinate internally with Operations and Finance on settlement queries Track and report on SLA adherence, accuracy, and backlog Support supplier onboarding and master data maintenance Document processes and flag systemic issues Your profile Qualifications Required Hands-on supplier settlement / invoice operations experience Strong reconciliation and root-cause analysis skill Fluent English (supplier-facing) Strong spreadsheet skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP minimum) Comfortable in a high-throughput queue environment Ownership mindset / self-starter Preferred ERP/AP tool experience (SAP, Xero, Dynamics) Shared services / international operations exposure Why us?
